Founded in 2009, our senior management team brought together over 60 years experience in the cosmetic manufacture and retail industry. Creating a company who produce niche cosmetic products for a wide range of customers.
Many of our customers, who started out with small numbers and are now brand leaders and have, in us, the support of a manufacturer who is flexible, dynamic and creative.
The move to new premises in 2012 has allowed us to increase our manufacturing capacity. Larger facilities and new machinery have allowed the company to become an all round service provider who can be a vital part of your business. An increase in the number of dedicated lines can support large runs whilst maintaining the flexibility for small orders.

Meet the team
Sales and Development Director
Steve, a qualified Chemist, is our company Chairman, and like Danny and Stephen has been with Wildacre since the start. Steve, a former PLC Managing Director, has 40 years experience within the Chemical Industry assisting global chemical companies with all aspects of their businesses.
Steve looks after our Technical Team and focuses on Business Development.
Stephen Richardson is our Managing Director. He has been part of the team since the beginning. His career began 28 years ago at Yorkshire Chemicals Ltd as a Lab technician progressing through to the role of European Operations Director before moving into retail as Supply Chain Director for one the Uk’s leading wholesalers.
Stephen’s looks after our Commercial and Corporate interests. Outside of Wildacre he has a wife and three children, is a keen Leeds United supporter as well as a frustrated Golfer.
Danny is our Operations Director. Like Stephen he has been part of the company since the beginning. He started his career in the hotel industry, soon becoming part of the senior management team at various hotels in Leeds . Danny then relocated to Skipton where a career change took him to Johnson and Johnson working within their Biocides Division. After this his next position was as an Operations Manager at a busy contract manufacturer playing a major role in strengthening their business. The experience he gained here and at many other small businesses where he worked for over a year as a consultant implementing TQM, GMP is now driving Wildacre’s continuous improvement programs.
Danny looks after all of our operational issues and works closely with our customers ensuring that strong links and effective communications is always maintained. Outside of work Danny lives in Morley with his partner and like Steve he is a frustrated Leeds united supporter, he also enjoys spending time with his family.
Alison is our Commercial Manager. She has been with the company since December 2010. Alison has worked within the property industry and also has previous experience within the retail sector.
Alison manages all aspects of our commercial and customer service. Alison lives in Bingley with her partner.
New Product Development Chemist
Michelle joined the team in 2014 in-line with our strategic continuous improvement programme. Michelle is responsible for further strengthening our New Product Development, Quality Control and technical support. Michelle can often be found in the laboratory producing new and innovative products for new and existing clients.
Michelle hails from Ireland and currently lives in Leeds with her partner.
Amy joined the team in Janurary 2014 in-line with our continuous improvement programme. Amy is responsible for all of our administrative requirements.
Bulk Processing Supervisor
Paul has been with the company since 2010.Paul and his team are responsible for manufacturing all of our fantastic products.
Paul hails from Skipton where he lives with his partner.#
Dave Ratcliffe/Tom Laycock
Dave and Tom are our production supervisors and they ensure all of our products are produced on time and to the best quality. The also assist our planning team with production scheduling.
Danny has been with the company since 2010. Danny is responsible for co-ordinating all areas from goods in to on time despatch of our products
Danny lives near Bingley and in his spare time he enjoys running, football and socialising.
